104 Arabic TV Channels System Warranty
Warranty is for 3 months. 3 months to 1 year = new receiver for $80 if not repairable.
If you have paid full price, $249 for the deluxe system or $199 for the regular system, you have full warranty. If you paid less or a promotional price, you still have full warranty but pay for shipping the replacement unit to you.
Returns are only accepted if DOA. We must see and test the unit first to see that it is "dead on arrival". If the unit is tested and works fine, there is no reason to exchange or repair.
Exchanges only will be given for any defective product. The product must be defective in our store. We are not responsible for conditions outside of the 104 Arabic Channels receiver/computer box itself, with your local server or the router or modem at your location.
No returns, refunds or exchanges with anything at Hobby Corner Satellite HobbySat ArabicSat. As per our web pages, Kijiji, receipts, etc.
If an Arabic 104 Channels computer/receiver is not working properly, send it or bring it to us and we will test it at the store and if found to have a problem it is repaired or replaced up to 3 months after purchase. From 3 months to 1 year the receiver/computer will be repaired if possible and if a new one is given it will be $80 cost.
The subscription can be cancelled anytime after 3 months.
There is no contract to sign.
When people leave the country they often get someone else to carry on their subscription. Sometimes we help there too.
