Remote Control & TV Channels Guide - New Features, More Functions!!<BR><BR>

Today, Tuesday March 9th, 2010 we have added the following enhanced functionality to our system.  Customers do not need to do anything, these enhancements will automatically appear.<BR><BR>

NEW FEATURES IN YOUR REMOTE CONTROL<BR><BR>
 
(1) Added Ability to Change Channels While on Full Screen Video<BR>
- When you are watching a channel on Full Screen Video and want to change to another channel, press any one of the following keys: Arrow Up, Arrow Down, Page Up or Page Down.  Once the key is pressed, the TV Guide will appear so you can choose another channel. <BR>
- For example, if you are watching a channel in Full Screen and you press the:<BR>
~  "Arrow Up" key: You will return to the TV Guide and the channel just above the channel you are watching will be highlighted.  If you continue to press the "Arrow Up" key you will move the channel selection up one channel at a time.<BR>
~  "Arrow Down" key: You will return to the TV Guide and the channel just below the channel you are watching will be highlighted.  If you continue to press the "Arrow Down" key you will move the channel selection down one channel at a time.<BR>
~  "Page Up" key: You will return to the TV Guide and the channel above the channel you are watching will be highlighted.  If you continue to press the "Page Up" key you will move the channel selection up 5 channels at a time.<BR>
~  "Page Down" key: You will return to the TV Guide and the channel below the channel you are watching will be highlighted.  If you continue to press the "Page Down" key you will move the channel selection down 5 channels at a time.<BR><BR>
 
(2) Stopping Video - "Stop" key or "Esc" key<BR>
- Press the "Stop" key or the "Esc" key to stop the video playing.<BR><BR>
 
(3) Move Between Full Screen video & Small/Preview Screen <BR>
- The Full Screen key moves between Full Screen video & Small/Preview Screen video.  Pressing the Full Screen key will NO longer select a channel from the TV Guide - only the "Enter" key can start a channel playing.<BR><BR>
 
All other key functions remain the same.<BR><BR>

IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR TV GUIDE<BR><BR>
 
(1) TV Listings Now Available<BR>
- On the bottom left of the TV Guide, we have added TV Listings.  The TV Listings show what the channel is currently playing.  Note that not every channel has listings available and in these cases you will see "Information Not Available".<BR><BR>
 
(2) Animated Channel Loading Graphic<BR>
- An animated loading graphic will appear whenever a channel is loading.<BR><BR>
 
(3) Stop Graphic<BR>
- A "Stop" graphic appears to let the customer know when the video has stopped.<BR><BR>

PROBLEMS WITH REMOTE:<BR><BR>

With the new features added to the remote control and programme guide, some problems can occur. Below are answers for the most<BR>
common questions regarding the upgrades to the Remote Control:<BR>

(1) If you are getting a black screen, you must press the "Enter" key to choose a channel (you CANNOT use the "Full Screen" key to<BR> choose a channel).<BR>

(2) If you are seeing a toolbar on your browser, we can quickly fix this issue. Send an email to us. <A HREF="mailto: hobby43@hotmail.com">hobby43@hotmail.com</A><BR>

(3) You may not be able to watch in full screen. The company will fix this in time.<BR>

ONLINE SUBSCRIBERS ONLY: The resolution of the video is 640x480. If you have a computer screen that has a higher resolution, the<BR> video will only ever show at this resolution. If you want a bigger picture you must do the following: You can right click on the video and<BR> then select 'Zoom' and then select 'Full Screen'.<BR>
