Earlier yesterday, July 28, 2010, we had to reboot one of the servers which resulted in some customers getting an "Error Code 6" message. This technical problem has been resolved. However, for SOME customers (NOT all customers), you may experience an interruption in the time-shifted channels between 8pm EST and 12midnight EST. This problem will correct itself. If after this time period customers are still experiencing a problem, please close and open the TV Guide (by pressing the "x" key on the remote control and then pressing the "e" key on the remote control one-time). We apologize for any inconvenience.
